At FemFace, we want your order to reach you safely, smoothly, and with clear expectations from checkout to delivery. This Shipping Policy explains where we deliver, how long processing and shipping may take, what delivery charges apply, and what to do if you need help with your order.

By placing an order on the FemFace website, you agree to the shipping terms below.

1. Where We Deliver

FemFace currently delivers across Pakistan through trusted courier and logistics partners, subject to service availability in your city or area.

Most locations in Pakistan are serviceable, but courier coverage may vary depending on your destination. If there is an issue with delivery access in your area, our team will contact you to discuss the next step.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless announced otherwise on the website.

2. Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team begins reviewing, preparing, packing, and arranging dispatch. Processing time may vary depending on order volume, payment status, and campaign periods.

For prepaid orders, processing begins after payment verification is complete. For Cash on Delivery orders, processing may begin after order confirmation where required.

3. Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you may receive communication from FemFace by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call. For certain orders, especially Cash on Delivery orders, our team may contact you to confirm your name, phone number, address, or order details before dispatch.

If we are unable to verify the order because of an unreachable phone number, incomplete address, or lack of response, your order may be delayed or cancelled.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and courier service availability.

  • Major cities: usually 2 to 4 working days after dispatch
  • Other cities: usually 3 to 6 working days after dispatch
  • Remote areas: usually 5 to 8 working days after dispatch

These timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may happen due to courier backlogs, public holidays, weather, security conditions, route limitations, or high-volume sales periods.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Orders below PKR 5,000: PKR 250 flat-rate shipping
  • Orders of PKR 5,000 and above: free standard shipping

Shipping rates may be updated from time to time, and the latest applicable charge will always appear during checkout.

6. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders in most serviceable areas across Pakistan.

To help avoid delivery issues, please make sure:

  • Your delivery address is complete and accurate
  • Your phone number is active and reachable
  • You or the receiving person is available at the time of delivery
  • The order amount is ready when the parcel arrives

FemFace may request advance payment for high-value orders, limited-access delivery zones, repeated failed deliveries, or orders that cannot be verified properly. If you need more detail on payment methods, please visit our Payment Options page.

7. Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders, dispatch begins after payment has been received and verified. If you pay through bank transfer or another manual payment method, please share your payment proof with our team so we can verify and process your order promptly.

Orders with incomplete or unverified payment may remain on hold until the payment issue is resolved.

8. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we may share tracking details by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through the courier’s own notification system. Tracking updates can sometimes take up to 24 hours after dispatch to appear.

9. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery more than once depending on their policy. If delivery fails because no one is available, the address is incorrect, the parcel is refused, or the courier cannot reach the recipient, the parcel may be returned.

If an order is returned and needs to be shipped again, additional shipping charges may apply.

10. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. To avoid delays, your order should include:

  • Full recipient name
  • Active phone number
  • Complete street address
  • Area, city, and any helpful location notes where needed

FemFace is not responsible for delivery failure or delays caused by incomplete, incorrect, or misleading address information, although our team will still try to help where possible.

11. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we do our best to deliver orders on time, some delays happen outside our control. These may include courier network issues, bad weather, public holidays, road closures, security conditions, technical problems, or unusually high order volumes during launches and campaigns.

FemFace is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier operations or force-majeure-style events, but our support team will do its best to keep you informed and help you follow up.

12. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

When reaching out, please keep the following ready:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or a short video showing the issue
  • Pictures of the parcel and packaging where relevant

Please do not discard the packaging before contacting us, as it may be needed for internal review or courier follow-up. You can also review our Refund and Exchange Policy for the next steps.

13. Changing Your Order After Placement

If you need to update your address, phone number, or other order details, please contact us immediately through our Contact Us page.

Changes are generally only possible before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address, items, or payment method.

14. Cancellations Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation before your order has been dispatched. Once your order has been packed and handed over to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

For Cash on Delivery orders, repeated cancellations or refusals may affect future COD eligibility. For prepaid orders, any approved refund will be handled in line with our Refund and Exchange Policy and our Cancellation Policy.

15. In-Store Purchases

If FemFace products are available through selected retail partners or offline stockists, please note that store pricing, stock availability, and individual store policies may differ from the website. If you want to shop offline, you can review our Store Location page where applicable.

16. Shipping During Sales and Campaigns

During Eid promotions, launches, seasonal campaigns, flash sales, bundle offers, or other high-volume periods, processing and delivery timelines may take longer than usual.

We appreciate your patience during these periods and recommend placing your order early if you are shopping during a busy campaign window.
