3. Website Use and Customer Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. You also agree not to misuse the website, submit false details, interfere with website operations, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of our systems.

4. Products, Availability, and Product Information

All products, prices, offers, bundle deals, and stock availability shown on our website are subject to change without notice. We do our best to keep product descriptions, images, ingredients, usage guidance, and pricing accurate, but occasional updates or errors may occur.

Product photos are intended to represent the actual item as closely as possible, but slight differences in color, shade, or packaging may happen due to screen settings, lighting, or batch updates.

5. Cosmetic Use and Skin Suitability

FemFace products are intended for cosmetic and personal care use only. Product details, ingredients, usage suggestions, and benefit descriptions are provided for general guidance and should not be treated as medical advice. Because every skin and hair type is different, we recommend reading product directions carefully, performing a patch test before full use, and stopping use if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs.

6. Orders and Order Verification

When you place an order, you may receive confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication channel. This confirmation acknowledges that your order request has been received, but we may still need to verify details before dispatch.

FemFace reserves the right to hold, limit, or cancel an order in situations such as incomplete delivery details, payment issues, stock unavailability, pricing errors, duplicate orders, suspected misuse of promotions, or courier coverage limitations. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you with the next steps.

7. Pricing and Payment Methods

All prices displayed on the FemFace website are in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. Available payment methods may vary by order value, location, or checkout availability. For the latest checkout methods, please review our Payment Options page.

Where online payments are available, they are handled through third-party payment providers. FemFace does not ask customers to share PINs, passwords, or OTPs through phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email. If you need payment help, please use our Contact Us page.

8. Cash on Delivery Orders

Cash on Delivery may be offered for eligible orders in serviceable areas across Pakistan. Customers placing COD orders must provide an active phone number, accurate delivery details, and be reachable for confirmation where needed. Repeated order refusals, incorrect addresses, or misuse of COD may affect future COD eligibility.

9. Shipping and Delivery

FemFace delivers across Pakistan through third-party courier partners, subject to courier coverage in the customer’s city or area. Estimated delivery times, dispatch support, shipping fees, and service conditions are explained in our Shipping Policy.

10. Cancellations Before Dispatch

If you need to cancel an order before it is dispatched, please review our Cancellation Policy and contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are handled case by case and are only confirmed once our team approves them.

11. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

If there is an issue with your order, return, exchange, and refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Exchange Policy. Hygiene-sensitive items such as opened or used personal care products are generally not eligible for return unless the item was incorrect, damaged, defective, or there was an error on our side.

12. Promotions, Discount Codes, and Bundle Offers

Promotional codes must be applied at checkout before you place your order. Offers may have expiry dates, limited availability, minimum-order conditions, or product-specific restrictions. Unless clearly stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined. FemFace reserves the right to revise or withdraw promotions, discounts, and bundle offers at any time.

13. Accounts and Customer Information

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for ensuring your account information remains accurate. FemFace is not responsible for loss or misuse resulting from unauthorized access caused by customer-side account compromise.

If you submit a review, testimonial, comment, image, or other content to FemFace, you confirm that the content is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe on anyone else’s rights. We may display customer content on our website, product pages, or marketing channels unless otherwise agreed. We also reserve the right to remove misleading, abusive, fake, spammy, or inappropriate content.
