1. How You Can Pay

2. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available in most serviceable areas across Pakistan. If COD is available for your order, you can place your order online and pay the rider when your parcel arrives.

To avoid delays, please make sure:

  • Your delivery address is complete and accurate
  • Your phone number is active and reachable
  • You or someone receiving the parcel is available at the time of delivery
  • The payment amount is ready when the parcel arrives

Some orders may require confirmation before dispatch. Our team may contact you by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp to verify your order details.

3. When Advance Payment May Be Required

In some situations, FemFace may request advance payment before dispatch. This may happen for high-value orders, repeated order cancellations, unverifiable order details, or other cases where additional confirmation is needed.

If advance payment is required, our team will contact you and guide you on the next step before processing your order.

4. Bank Transfer and Manual Payment

If bank transfer or a manual payment option is available for your order, please transfer the full amount and share your payment proof with our team for verification.

When sending payment proof, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • Your phone number
  • A screenshot or photo of the completed transaction

5. Card Payments

Where available, you can pay securely online using an eligible debit or credit card through the checkout payment gateway active on the FemFace website.

If your payment attempt fails:

  • Check whether any amount was deducted from your account
  • Try the payment again if no amount was charged
  • Switch to another payment method if needed
  • Contact our team with payment proof if you were charged but did not receive order confirmation

6. Payment Security

FemFace takes payment safety seriously. We will never ask you to share sensitive banking information such as your card PIN, OTP, account password, or wallet password through phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

Please only use the official payment methods shown on the FemFace website. If anyone claims to represent FemFace and asks for confidential banking credentials, do not share them and contact us immediately through our Contact Us page.

7. Discount Codes and Bundle Offers

If you have a valid discount code, apply it during checkout before placing your order. Discount codes usually cannot be added after the order has been confirmed.

Refunds for Paid Orders

If your order qualifies for a refund under our policy, FemFace will process the refund using the appropriate method based on the original payment type and the approved resolution.

Depending on the case, the resolution may include:

  • Store credit
  • Replacement product
